Information you provide by email will only be used to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to help improve the RAMP Navigation Hub. It will not be used for unrelated commercial or marketing purposes.
The RAMP Navigation Hub cannot access your NHS account, GP record or NHS App account.
For problems specific to your account, identity verification, prescriptions, appointments or medical record, please use the appropriate NHS or GP practice support route.
