The RAMP Navigation Hub has been created to make information about the NHS App easier to find, understand and use.
We recognise that people have different levels of confidence and experience with technology, and may access the Hub in different ways.
We therefore aim to make the Hub:
clear and easy to navigate
usable on smartphones, tablets and computers
readable with good contrast and clear text
structured using straightforward headings and language
usable without relying on colour alone
supported by downloadable and printable guides where helpful
Our resources will continue to be reviewed and improved as the Hub develops.
